As Manager of Assessments & Analytics, Autumn serves as the lead on HR Assessment projects which consists of hosting focus groups, evaluating HR strategy, interviewing key stakeholders, and auditing human resource documentation to offer recommendations and provide an HR Strategy to help organization’s reach their full potential. Autumn has served as the lead in the development of HRG’s innovative, online HR assessment product, the HR Marathon.
Autumn also manages all company marketing efforts including branding, content strategy, webinar marketing, email marketing, event planning, social media, and website management.
Autumn received her Master’s in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University with a focus in marketing and leadership. She attended Eastern Kentucky University for her undergraduate degree, with a double major in marketing and management. During college, she participated and held leadership roles in both Maroon Society of Human Resource Management and the Society for the Advancement of Management. Autumn is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional. Autumn served on the Bluegrass Compensation Board for four years. She is currently putting her passion for fitness and wellness to use by serving on the Bluegrass SHRM board as the Director of Wellness.
Autumn also has experience supporting compensation engagements including benchmarking, developing compensation structures, evaluating market data and internal equity. Autumn has been hands-on in multiple HR Outsourcing arrangements, putting her eye for detail to good use in benefits, onboarding, and other strategic and compliance HR functions.
