Chelsea is a HR Consultant with HRG. Chelsea got her start in Human Resources while working as an executive administrator for a Real Estate Investment start-up company in California. Seeing a need to establish an HR and Safety presence in the quickly growing company, she spearheaded the formation of said departments. This is where she found her passion.
In the decade to follow, Chelsea worked as an HR Consultant and obtained her PHR. She has assisted clients of all sizes that span nearly every industry with locations across the United States. She has gained a vast amount of experience with full-cycle recruiting, labor and employment law, safety and worker’s compensation, benefits and payroll administration, employee and manager training and development, investigations, and general HR assessment and policy implementation.
Chelsea, with her family, moved to Kentucky in the summer of 2021. She is happy to be continuing on in the HR Consulting pathway with HRG, offering clients the best service possible
