As an HR Consultant with HRG, Amy McElheney partners with organizations to develop practical human resources solutions that support both employees and business objectives. Drawing on more than 20 years of human resources experience, she helps organizations navigate employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, payroll management, policy development, compliance, and other key HR initiatives.
Amy has dedicated her career to helping organizations build strong teams and positive workplace cultures. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including nonprofit organizations, manufacturing, customer service, and transportation. She is passionate about helping employers create workplaces where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati. She believes that people are every organization’s greatest asset and enjoys partnering with leaders to develop effective workforce strategies that strengthen organizational success.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children at their many sporting events, and taking every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. She especially enjoys spending time at Lake Cumberland, one of her favorite places to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories with family and friends.
