Deede is a people-first HR Consultant at Hanna Resource Group with more than 20 years of experience shaping human resources strategy across healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and technology-driven organizations. A graduate of Spalding University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she brings deep expertise across the full HR lifecycle cultivating positive workplace cultures through engaging and innovative people initiatives. Deede is especially passionate about addressing workplace challenges in ways that strengthen the employee experience, and support organizational synergy through thoughtful, people-centered solutions.
Outside of work, Deede enjoys baking bread and recharging in the great outdoors while camping.
