Juliet Souders is an HR Consultant at Hanna Resource Group who helps organizations build strong workplaces through practical, people-centered HR solutions. She partners with leaders to support employee engagement, organizational culture, talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll & benefits administration, and HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Juliet holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management and Analytics from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary Psychology and Sociology from Earlham College. She is passionate about helping organizations create environments where employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to do their best work.
