Lisa serves as an HR Consultant for HRG and has been a trusted team member since November 2021. Lisa embodies the servant leadership mindset and uses her HR expertise to streamline organizational efficiency, provide robust guidance on policies, practices, and growth opportunities for clients & their workforces. She enjoys utilizing her gift for employee relations to ensure fair and ethical treatment for everyone within the workforce. She has robust skillset for conflict resolution, workplace communication etiquette, and emotional awareness. Lisa also has extensive experience with talent management, acquisition, and enhancing workplace culture.
Lisa began her career in Lexington, KY after having obtained her Bachelor of Social Work from Morehead State University in 2014. Once entering the workforce in the mental health and social services setting, Lisa quickly realized she had the passion and desire to serve in the HR field to better meet the needs of employees and be an agent of change for workplace culture. After this realization, Lisa utilized her HR experiences and skillset to obtain her SHRM-CP certification in July of 2018. Lisa has experience across multiple industries such as healthcare, social services/non-profits, assisted living, and retail to name a few. She thrives on building partnerships and strives to always enhance the lives of others.
