Vicki serves as the Director of Outsourcing for HRG after having gained 25 years of HR experience in the public sector and 2 years of experience in the private sector prior to joining the team. Her experience as a Generalist has given her knowledge in all areas of HR, with her passion being on employee benefits and wellness.
Vicki began her HR career in Ft. Walton Beach, FL working with a behavioral health center for adolescents. She then relocated back to Northern Kentucky, where she calls home, serving as Senior HR Manager for a public utility. In 2009, Vicki gained her Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR) from HRCI and in 2015, her Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-CP). She also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Vicki is also the current President of the Northern Kentucky.
