Ross serves as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting HRG’s leaders and consultants by assisting with day-to-day HR operations, providing administrative and project support to the HRG team, and contributing to HR-related projects.
Ross received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University, majoring in Business Management with concentrations in Human Resources and Leadership and Organizational Behavior. He also earned a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurial Thinking and completed certificates in Financial Literacy and Corporate Communication. Ross is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
